WHO WE ARE
Sazio is run by Sazio Restaurant & Vin Bar, company no. 43139983, Halmtorvet 36 st., 1700 Copenhagen V.
We are the data controller for the information we process about you. If you have questions, write to restaurant@sazio.dk.
WHAT INFORMATION WE PROCESS
We only process the information we need:

When you book a table or buy a gift card: name, email, phone number, number of guests and any notes you write yourself, for example allergies.

When you contact us about private dining or anything else: the information you send us.

When you visit the website: technical information through cookies, see below.
WHY WE PROCESS IT
We use the information to handle your booking, your purchase or your enquiry. The basis is that it is necessary to deliver what you asked for (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Information about allergies is used only to serve your food safely, and only because you gave it to us yourself.
BOOKING AND GIFT CARDS
Booking and gift cards are handled by Fresto, who process the information on our behalf. Payment is made through Viva.com, and we never see your card details.
COOKIES
The website uses necessary cookies so the site works. If you give consent in the cookie banner, we also use:

Google Analytics to see how the site is used, for example which pages are visited.

Meta Pixel to measure and target our ads on Instagram and Facebook.
The basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the link below.
WHO WE SHARE WITH
We never sell your information. It is shared only with the suppliers who help us run the restaurant and the website: Fresto, Framer, Viva.com, Google and Meta.
Google and Meta may process information in the USA. The transfer takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep the information as long as it is necessary for the purpose. Accounting records are kept for 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, and to object to the processing. Write to restaurant@sazio.dk and we will help.
If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
